Inspection Request Form

Effective July 1, 2005, all contractors and trade contractors working in Oglethorpe County must register in person with the Planning and Zoning Department located at 109 E. Boggs St., Lexington. A current business license and contractor's certification (when applicable) must be submitted with the application. Any business license issued anywhere in the State of Georgia will be accepted.

ALL TRADES MUST BE LICENCED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA (Electical, Plumbing, HVAC)
