You will need to provide cash and correct change only to the Sheriff’s Department.

New Probate Court Forms

Available for Download

Each year, many of the Probate Court Standard forms are changed to comply with new code provisions and to make administrative changes.  Those changes are usually effective in July of each year.

All of the Probate Court Standard Forms may be downloaded for your use from http://www.gaprobate.org/forms.php

The forms are available in several formats.

It is important that the new version of all forms be used.  Old versions will not be accepted for filing.
